| RECOMMENDATION The Beyerdynamic DT 1770 Pro and DT 1990 Pro are headphones with a relatively high 250 ohm impedance and a relatively low 96 db/mw sensitivity rating. This means that they require a more power to reach the same listening volume compared with most other headphones. This may stress weaker headphone amplifiers leading to distortion or clipping in the final sound. If you have a USB powered headphone amplifier or audio interface, we recommend having a look at the DT 700 and DT 900 Pro X series instead, as those models are easier to drive. |
| The Beyerdynamic DT1770 Pro is now available with several cable options.
