Questyle CMA Twelve Master

Marking the 12th anniversary of Questyle’s Current Mode Amplification technology conception, the CMA Twelve is the new top of the line DAC and headphone amplifier combination. Able to run pure class-A and equipped with dual AKM4490 DAC chips and True DSD support Questyle CMA Twelve exceeds standard audio performance.

Brimming with patented innovations the CMA Twelve rises above the design of traditional amplifiers. With the unique Current Mode Amplification technology the CMA Twelve is able to offer a listening experience that matches the original sound in the studio. Designed with True DSD technology and AKM AK4490 DAC chip the CMA Twelve processes DSD signals without any PCM converting and to provide authentic True DSD execution.

To be able to work in pure Class A the chassis of the CMA Twelve has been crafted from special aircraft-grade Aluminium providing very effective heat dispersion while minimising mechanical vibration resonances. CMA Twelve drives any headphone or speaker with authority and to their full potential.

CMA Twelve & CMA Twelve Master

There are two versions of CMA Twelve, the first is the CMA Twelve Standard, the other being the CMA Twelve Master. The CMA Twelve Master has a “MASTER” laser etching, and features a ROGERS Ceramic PCB to ensure the ultimate performance for sound quality and in specifications. The finish of both the CMA Twelve Standard and CMA Twelve Master are both available in your choice of Golden or Black.

Complete Performance
CMA Twelve is designed with four groups of Current Mode amplifiers, exhibiting forceful driving power and an ultra-low distortion level. CMA Twelve will give a full performance to your headphone or speaker systems with power and finesse.

Balanced Connection
Balanced headphones with a 4.4mm connector are a rising trend with many headphone manufacturers launching products with 4.4mm connections. CMA Twelve is Questyle’s first device to feature the 4.4mm jack and Questyle is committed to supporting this growing trend.

Digital Studio Monitor
CMA Twelve supports a professional AES input and 4-pin balanced XLR output. Live recordings can be monitored in real time via the 6.35mm headphone output. Output level matching is user switchable between Studio and Standard mode.

Highest Streaming Quality
Digital audio signals from your PC, music server, CD or Blu-ray can be sent to the CMA Twelve via AES, SPDIF, Optical or USB. Current Mode Amplification, True DSD and 3x Clock Asynchronous Transmission allow the CMA Twelve to offer outstanding performance.
